about
This meditation is a 10m 45s meditation using hand hammered Tibetan Bowls from Tibet. Tibetan Healers have used the bowls for hundreds of years to help with stress, anxiety, headaches, and tension. Find a comfortable volume to play the meditation at. Focus on taking long deep breaths as you listen to the bowls being played. Notice images, thoughts, words, sensations, or feelings that emerge as the bowls are played. 20% of all proceeds from purchases go to the Deepak Chopra Foundation used to help raise awareness and mindfulness to communities, schools, hospitals, and prison/inmate systems. Any feedback or suggestions for the meditations would be helpful in my effort to continue to make the dream of helping others a reality!
